What is IST Team Bingo?
IST Team Bingo is a printable icebreaker card capturing everyday remote collaboration moments like Tech Glitch, Screen Share, and Virtual Hand. Players mark squares when these familiar team interactions happen during meetings, turning routine video calls into an engaging observation game that highlights shared experiences across distributed workgroups.
How do you use IST Team Bingo for team building?
Use IST Team Bingo during virtual meetings by having participants watch for moments like Coffee Refill, Shared Laugh, or Chat Buzzes. When someone spots an event on their card, they mark it silently. The first to complete a line wins, creating lighthearted awareness of team dynamics without disrupting workflow or requiring dedicated activity time.
Can IST Team Bingo work for hybrid teams?
IST Team Bingo works perfectly for hybrid setups because clues like Camera On, Typing Sounds, and Quick Sync happen whether teammates join remotely or in-person. Print cards for office participants and share digital versions with remote workers, ensuring everyone tracks the same collaboration patterns regardless of location during cross-functional project meetings.
