1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BingWow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BingWow is a free online bingo platform that allows users to browse, create, and play bingo cards for any occasion. The Service includes multiplayer real-time gameplay, card creation tools, and a library of pre-made bingo card templates.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. Some features (creating and saving cards, tracking game history) require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. User-Generated Content

You may create custom bingo cards using the Service. You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing a card, you grant BingWow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that card within the Service. Content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others may be removed without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or discriminatory
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
  • Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The BingWow name, logo, and original content are the property of BingWow LLC. Pre-made bingo card templates are provided for personal and educational use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BingWow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
